Our founder began her career in IT training, and what stayed with her wasn’t the technology, but what it revealed: organisations were investing heavily in systems and technical capability, and still struggling. The issue was rarely the system. It was the people behind it.

That realisation shaped twenty years of people-transformation work, and led to NLP certification, not as a pivot, but as a sharper lens on something she had already spent decades observing: how people think, communicate and quietly get in their own way.
